Leaves are beautiful in Pennsylvania. There are lots of pumpkins and firewood for sale along the roadways.
Pumpkin Fests seem to be the thing this weekend, some small, some big carnivals where they close the streets.
We travel through West Virginia, so many beautiful mountains but the leaves are not so colored yet, but still very pretty.
We are trying to stay on 2 lane road but in West Virginia they are so narrow and switch back a lot. We have to cross some rivers to get in the direction we are heading so there are some 4 lane interstates we must travel.
There is lots of industry along the Ohio River, coal...lots of coal.

| Rosie the Riveter Park....in honor of all the Rosie's, not just one. |
No rain, but cloudy until about 3pm.
We spend the night in Morehead Kentucky, it is a college town.
After dinner at Penn Sub, we settled into our room and fell asleep watching...maybe 4 episodes of old Perry Mason. We love Perry, Della and Paul!
